VCM金屬覆膜板:是將塑料膜和金屬板通過自動化生產(chǎn)線熱覆而成.基材金屬板主要有鍍鋅板、鍍鋁鋅板、不銹鋼板、鋁板等幾類可選,表面膜花色多樣.vcm覆膜板就是先把vcm板送入金屬基板加熱裝置中進行加熱到180℃高溫，然后立即與VCM裝飾膜一起送入上下覆合輥中間，利用上下覆合輥的壓力以及高溫，讓vcm板裝飾膜熱熔到金屬基板上，牢固地在一起，等熱熔結(jié)束后再把多出來的vcm板裝飾膜進行廢膜修剪，即成為vcm覆膜板成品。一般vcm板采用鍍鋅基板，覆上彩色或者花紋膜，此類板材的表面十分的光滑平整，表面彩色效果更是PCM無法達到的，vcm通常用在冰箱的面板，或者紅酒柜的側(cè)板，機頂盒外殼等，產(chǎn)品用途對于膜的要求有著比較高的要求。覆膜板光澤艷麗，可挑選出花色品種多，透氣，屏蔽，具備優(yōu)良的耐久性(耐候性，耐蝕性，耐化學(xué)性)和抗污能力，防紫外線性能優(yōu)越，有所不同品牌的覆膜板其基材材質(zhì)和厚度有所不同，覆膜的材質(zhì)和厚度也有所不同。
