什么是鍍鋁鋅彩涂板？
鍍鋁鋅彩涂板是近年來國(guó)內(nèi)由于高端應(yīng)用而產(chǎn)生的新型材料，常用CCLI指代。是由較鍍鋅更具耐腐蝕性能的鍍鋁鋅鋼板（55％鋁、43%鋅與1.6％硅）作為基板經(jīng)過表面脫脂、磷化、絡(luò)酸鹽處理后，涂上有機(jī)涂料經(jīng)烘烤而制成的產(chǎn)品。
佛山萬慶物資根據(jù)客戶需求，提供不同規(guī)格、強(qiáng)度、加工性能的鍍鋁鋅基板，基板強(qiáng)度包括普通強(qiáng)度、280Mpa、345Mpa、550Mpa、等不同等級(jí)。為確保本公司各種產(chǎn)品鋼卷的品質(zhì)，為在處理及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)避免損傷。存放區(qū)域必須清潔，接觸面必須平整避免凸出，鋼卷必須保護(hù)，以防止表面及側(cè)面受損。當(dāng)平放于地面時(shí)，須避免滾動(dòng)；在鋼卷解開時(shí)，須避免磨損，在加工時(shí)鋼卷之張力必須注意維護(hù)。產(chǎn)品運(yùn)送時(shí)必須保持干燥，存儲(chǔ)室須具抗侯性。在高溫度的情況下，須有足夠的通風(fēng)及空氣循環(huán)以防止水氣凝結(jié)。若鋼卷一旦受潮，則必須重卷處理。
