作為卷材連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的工藝辦法，鍍鋅板能夠分為電鍍鋅和熱鍍鋅兩種辦法，其間電鍍鋅辦法是用電堆積的辦法使金屆衷畫(huà)鍍上-"層zn金屬或zn合金。熱鍍鋅也叫做熱浸鍍，是將被維護(hù)金屬制品浸漬在熔融的zn金屬中，使其外表構(gòu)成一層維護(hù)性金屬覆蓋層。與電鍍法比較，金屬熱鍍層較厚;在相同環(huán)境下，其壽數(shù)較長(zhǎng)。使用鍍鋅鋼板為基板的彩色涂層鋼板，除有鋅保護(hù)外，鋅層上的有機(jī)涂層起了覆蓋隔離作用，可防止鋼板生銹，使用壽命比鍍鋅鋼板更長(zhǎng)，據(jù)了解涂層鋼板的使用壽命比鍍鋅鋼板長(zhǎng)50%。但是，在不同的地區(qū)和不同的使用部位，采用相同鍍鋅量、同種涂料、相同涂層厚度的彩色涂層板，其使用壽命會(huì)有很大的不同。例如，在工業(yè)區(qū)或沿海地區(qū)，由于受到空氣中二氧化硫氣體或鹽分的作用，腐蝕速度加快，使用壽命受到影響。在雨季，涂層長(zhǎng)期受雨水浸濕、或者在日夜溫差太大易結(jié)露的部位，都會(huì)較快地受到腐蝕，使用壽命會(huì)低。
