pcm彩涂板比鍍鋅鋼板要好。pcm彩涂板即連續(xù)輥涂彩色鋼板，其色彩鮮艷，不僅具有良好的成型加工性、漆膜耐腐蝕性和柔韌性，又具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，滿足社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保發(fā)展的要求。pcm彩涂板在生產(chǎn)效率、周轉(zhuǎn)儲存、環(huán)保效應(yīng)、外觀效果方面均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的噴粉板材，其綜合成本僅相當(dāng)于噴粉板材的90%左右。彩色予涂鋼板PCM，將傳統(tǒng)的噴涂涂裝變成鋼板的連續(xù)涂布，便于表面處理及涂布質(zhì)量的控制，又不存在涂裝易產(chǎn)生的棱邊死角等缺陷；而且采用無鉻處理液進(jìn)行輥涂式化學(xué)處理后直接干燥，無傳統(tǒng)浸涂式化學(xué)處理對環(huán)境的污染和破壞，滿足環(huán)保要求。兩種鋼板的表面涂層不一樣，鍍鋅鋼板是鋼板表面涂鋅，pcm彩涂板是表面涂有有機(jī)涂層，涂層為高分子線性無油聚樹酯系涂料，添加特殊設(shè)計(jì)的氨基樹脂及催化劑，以獲得足夠的彎曲性和固化性。
