彩涂板的“涂”就是用特殊手段在基板上涂上一層液態(tài)涂料，經(jīng)后續(xù)程序成為涂層產(chǎn)品。如涂層板就是在連續(xù)機組上以冷軋板、熱鍍鋅板、鍍鋁板、高鋁合金板、不銹鋼板等為基板，經(jīng)過表面預(yù)處理（脫脂和化學(xué)處理），用輥涂的方法涂上一層或多層液態(tài)涂料，經(jīng)過烘烤和冷卻所得到的板材極為涂層鋼板。由于涂層可以有各種不同的顏色，習(xí)慣上把涂層鋼板叫做彩色涂層鋼板即彩涂板；又由于它是在冶金工廠完成表面涂層的卷材，可供用戶直接加工成產(chǎn)品，所以也稱預(yù)涂層鋼板。

中鋼經(jīng)濟研究院高級研究員胡麒牧分析認為，工業(yè)金屬類原材料價格上漲一方面反映的是未來新冠疫苗上市后對全球經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇的預(yù)期。另外，當(dāng)前原材料社會庫存確實處于低位。預(yù)計未來隨著新冠疫苗的上市，經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇的積極因素增多，需求側(cè)還會持續(xù)刺激大宗金屬材料價格的上漲。
