①彩涂板在生產(chǎn)制造的全過程中，出入口查驗(yàn)鏡上帶塵土，也有一部分輥?zhàn)由弦彩菈m土，塵土?xí)⒓次：Φ讲释堪宓墓に囆阅?，也許一開始的那時(shí)候主要表現(xiàn)不出去，可是一旦時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了，或是在太陽(yáng)的曝曬下就會(huì)出現(xiàn)掉漆的狀況。

②鈍化處理板溫生產(chǎn)工藝流程要求是每2個(gè)鐘頭查驗(yàn)一次，緣故就是說彩涂板生產(chǎn)商的工作員在查驗(yàn)的時(shí)候沒有定時(shí)執(zhí)行的對(duì)鈍化處理板溫開展追蹤。特別是在是冬季的那時(shí)候，2個(gè)鐘頭內(nèi)溫度轉(zhuǎn)變也較為大，最后會(huì)導(dǎo)致彩涂板時(shí)效性，在壓型板的那時(shí)候會(huì)產(chǎn)生刮傷掉漆的狀況。

③配槽時(shí)應(yīng)先加鈍化劑，后放水。因?yàn)殁g化劑的相對(duì)密度難題，例如鈍化劑的相對(duì)密度高過水的那時(shí)候會(huì)導(dǎo)致原材料混和不勻稱，會(huì)出現(xiàn)鈍化處理層與基鋼板粘合力不太好，很容易使彩涂板的表層出現(xiàn)漆掉的狀況。

③ Passivating agent shall be added before water is discharged during tank preparation.
