每一次到地下停車庫,除了被豪車吸引外,還有頭頂上整整齊齊、一排排的、長長的,看不見頭、尾的矩形管。這叫通風管,是消防必須要做的,通風管在一般地下室中起到通風、除濕的作用,地下車庫雖然不住人,但有人員進出,所以同樣需要有適合人生存的空氣質(zhì)量;地下室的自然通風口很少,一般只有出入口,是遠遠達不到所需要的通風量的;更何況地下室往往濕氣大,特別是霉雨季節(jié)時,必須要有很強的通風才能降低濕度。

1、鋼板
鋼板是制造通風管道和部件的主要材料,通常使用普通鋼板和鍍鋅鋼板兩種,鍍鋅鋼板表面有保護層,可防止腐蝕,主要用于防潮風管系統(tǒng)。

3、鋁板
包括純鋁及合金鋁,普通合金鋁板機械強度高,耐腐蝕性差,通風工程用鋁板大多為純鋁和退火合金鋁板,由干鋁板較軟,碰撞時無火花,多用于有防爆要求的通風管道。

在普通鋼板上粘貼或噴涂一層塑料薄膜,即塑料復(fù)合鋼板,具有耐腐蝕、彎曲、咬合、鉆孔加工性能好等特點,常用于空氣凈化系統(tǒng)和通風空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。

6.FRP

7、復(fù)合材料
復(fù)合風管是采用復(fù)合材料制作而成的風管,有橡塑復(fù)合風管、氯氧鎂通風管道等多種,一般由兩層高強度無機材料和一層保溫材料為基材,采用膠粘技術(shù)和特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)組合、連接。

所以不同材質(zhì)的風管性質(zhì)方面有所不同,一般在選擇風管的時候,必須要考慮材質(zhì)的特點,是否適合當前施工環(huán)境,是否適合當前的施工目的以及效果,使用后通風效率如何等因素,綜合衡量,選擇合適的材質(zhì)。
