①漆膜的厚度

一般情況下并不是漆膜的厚度越厚越好這個(gè)相信大家應(yīng)該明白，一般漆膜的厚度≤0.15mm，上海寶鋼漆膜厚度在23μm，冠洲漆膜厚度在18-20μm；

漆膜的固化程度直接影響彩鋼瓦漆膜在受到外力時(shí)會(huì)不會(huì)發(fā)生變形脫落，這是很關(guān)鍵的因素之一，漆膜本省就是保護(hù)=彩鋼瓦不生銹的關(guān)鍵因素之一，漆膜一旦脫落彩鋼瓦緊接著就會(huì)發(fā)生生銹的現(xiàn)象，我們?cè)?jīng)做過一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)就是驗(yàn)證彩鋼瓦漆膜固化的T彎實(shí)驗(yàn)，在所有條件相同的情況下對(duì)彩鋼瓦進(jìn)行對(duì)折的T彎實(shí)驗(yàn)，一折為0T，兩折為1T 依次類推，在經(jīng)過3T后我們的彩鋼瓦沒在顯微鏡下沒有出現(xiàn)任何的漆膜開裂現(xiàn)象，這就說明彩鋼瓦的漆膜固化程度非常好。
