整個機(jī)組包括以下四部分:入口段、預(yù)處理段、涂裝段、出口段。常見的二涂二烘彩涂生產(chǎn)線的工藝流程為:開卷→縫合→入口活套→清洗→預(yù)處理→初(精)涂裝→初(精)固化→冷卻→出口活套→剪切→卷取。

入口段:包括開卷、剪齊、縫接及貯料活套等設(shè)備，作用是將原料卷松開并將它們聯(lián)接起來，以便連續(xù)地、勻速地為機(jī)組供應(yīng)金屬薄板。

涂裝段:是整個機(jī)組的核心部分，通常采用正、反兩面同時涂裝的二涂二烘工藝，即涂底漆(初涂) →烘烤固化→冷卻→涂面漆(精涂)→烘烤固化→冷卻。隨產(chǎn)品要求不同，還可以只一涂一烘或只涂單面。涂漆時可采用逆向或順輥涂施工。爐溫分段控制，各段溫度取決于所用涂料品種、底板厚度及通過烘爐的時間。
