彩鋼門窗為什么用冷軋鍍鋅為基板？

彩板門窗是指以冷軋鍍鋅板為基板，涂敷耐候型高抗蝕面層，由現(xiàn)代化工藝制成的彩色涂層建筑外用卷板（簡(jiǎn)稱“彩板”）作為生產(chǎn)門窗的原材料。我國只有寶鋼、武鋼以及廣東、北京等少數(shù)企業(yè)能夠生產(chǎn)這種專用材料。由于這種門窗以彩鋼板為原料所以稱為彩鋼板門窗。防火門生產(chǎn)工藝為：鍍鋅板（冷板）→壓型→前處理（酸洗、磷化）→涂裝→ 固化→冷卻→組裝。
