彩色涂層鋼板（彩板）的產(chǎn)生，最早可以追溯到1927年在美國的涂層薄板生產(chǎn)。但是，真正可以作為第一條具有現(xiàn)代涂層生產(chǎn)線雛形的連續(xù)彩色涂層鋼板生產(chǎn)線是1936年在美國建立的。至21世紀初，全世界已經(jīng)有20多個國家進行彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)，擁有500余條彩板生產(chǎn)線，能生產(chǎn)1000多個花色品種的產(chǎn)品，有200多種用途，年產(chǎn)量已超過1500萬噸，平均年增長率達到10%以上。彩板之所以能得到快速的發(fā)展，除了產(chǎn)品本身具有的優(yōu)良性能之外，還由于生產(chǎn)涂層鋼板帶來了明顯的社會效益。彩鋼板是以冷軋鋼板和鍍鋅鋼板等為基板，經(jīng)過表面預(yù)處理（脫脂、清洗、化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理），以連續(xù)的方法涂上涂料（輥涂法），經(jīng)過烘烤和冷卻而制成的產(chǎn)品。涂層鋼板具有輕質(zhì)、美觀和良好的防腐蝕性能，又可直接加工，已經(jīng)在家電行業(yè)得到很大的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。vcm彩鋼板正面一般選用高分子線性無油聚酯樹脂系涂料,添加特殊設(shè)計的氨基樹脂及催化劑,以獲得足夠的彎曲性和固化性；并能獲得良好的耐洗滌性,耐污染性及較高的鉛筆硬度.背面采用改性環(huán)氧背漆,一方面能獲得良好的耐腐蝕性,另外也可以獲得優(yōu)異的發(fā)泡附著力。
