pcm(預(yù)涂金屬)的涂膜主要由有機(jī)樹脂(絕緣體)組成,涂膜表面與其它材料(如模具、皮帶輸送機(jī))摩擦?xí)r產(chǎn)生靜電,灰塵會粘附在pcm表面。在面涂中加入適當(dāng)?shù)臉渲吞砑觿?/font>,能抑制與其它材料摩擦所產(chǎn)生的表面靜電壓,從而防止灰塵的粘附。基于這種想法,開發(fā)了抗靜電預(yù)涂鋼板,抑制靜電所導(dǎo)致的灰塵粘附。當(dāng)靜電壓產(chǎn)生和灰塵粘附時(shí),pcm顯示了顯著效果。通過選擇底涂和預(yù)處理,也得到了一種不含鉻酸鹽型的pcm。希望這種抗靜電的pcm將來能廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。
The coating of pcm (pre-coated metal) is mainly composed of organic resin (insulator). When the coating surface and other materials (such as mold, belt conveyor) produce static electricity, the dust will adhere to the pcm surface.Adding appropriate resin and additives to the surface coating suppresses the static surface voltage caused by friction with other materials to prevent the adhesion of dust.Based on this idea, antielectrostatic pre-coated steel plates were developed to inhibit dust adhesion caused by electrostatic forces.The pcm showed significant effects when static voltage generation and dust adhered.A pcm of the chromate-free type was also obtained by selecting the bottom coating and pretreatment.It is hoped that this anti-static pcm can be widely used in various fields in the future.
