vcm覆膜板(Polyvinyl Chloride-Coated Metal Steel)是指在金屬表面復(fù)合pvc薄膜，并使其牢固結(jié)合，也叫pvc覆膜板，或pet/pvc貼膜彩色鋼板?；目蛇x用： 冷軋鋼板、熱鍍鋅鋼板、電鍍鋅鋼板、鋁板、不銹鋼板、鈦鋅板等金屬薄板。vcm具有靚麗的外觀及優(yōu)異的加工性、表面裝飾性、耐腐蝕性、耐刮傷性等，可實(shí)現(xiàn)低光到高光的不同效果，同時(shí)配以精美的圖案和珠光閃爍效果，另外，基于覆膜板表層的膜材具備可印刷等特殊工藝處理的特性，可表現(xiàn)多種色彩、觸感紋理等不同效果。目前已廣泛適用于冰箱、洗衣機(jī)等家電產(chǎn)品，成為豪華與時(shí)尚的代名詞。

目前所用的pvc膜有光亮膜和啞光膜。光亮膜是指表面光澤度較高的膜，是在pvc膜表面再復(fù)合了一層pet膜，其本身就是一種復(fù)合膜。啞光膜是指表面光澤度較低的膜，膜整體為pvc材質(zhì)，在其表面有一些壓紋等紋理效果。
