①彩涂板在生產(chǎn)制造的全過程中，出入口查驗鏡上帶塵土，也有一部分輥子上也是塵土，塵土會立即危害到彩涂板的工藝性能，也許一開始的那時候主要表現(xiàn)不出去，可是一旦時間長了，或是在太陽的曝曬下就會出現(xiàn)掉漆的狀況。

① In the whole process of production and manufacturing of color coated plate, there is dust on the inspection mirror at the entrance and exit, and also on some rollers. It may not be able to show at the beginning, but once the time is long or exposed to too much sun, the paint will fall off.

②鈍化處理板溫生產(chǎn)工藝流程要求是每2個鐘頭查驗一次，緣故就是說彩涂板生產(chǎn)商的工作員在查驗的時候沒有定時執(zhí)行的對鈍化處理板溫開展追蹤。特別是在是冬季的那時候，2個鐘頭內(nèi)溫度轉(zhuǎn)變也較為大，最后會導致彩涂板時效性，在壓型板的那時候會產(chǎn)生刮傷掉漆的狀況。

② The production process of passivation treatment plate temperature is required to be checked every 2 hours, which means that the staff of the color coated plate manufacturer did not track the passivation treatment plate temperature regularly during the inspection. Especially in winter, the temperature changes greatly within 2 hours, which will eventually lead to the timeliness of the color coated plate. At that time, the paint will be scratched and removed.

③配槽時應(yīng)先加鈍化劑，后放水。因為鈍化劑的相對密度難題，例如鈍化劑的相對密度高過水的那時候會導致原材料混和不勻稱，會出現(xiàn)鈍化處理層與基鋼板粘合力不太好，很容易使彩涂板的表層出現(xiàn)漆掉的狀況。

③ Passivating agent shall be added before water is discharged during tank preparation. Because the relative density of passivator is difficult, for example, when the relative density of passivator is higher than water, it will lead to uneven mixing of raw materials, poor adhesion between passivation treatment layer and base steel plate, and it is easy to paint off the surface of color coated plate.
