彩鋼板復合風管是目前傳統(tǒng)玻纖風管的替代產(chǎn)品，也是鍍鋅鐵皮風管的新一代替代品，具有傳統(tǒng)玻纖風管的保溫性，又具有鍍鋅鐵皮風管的剛性。風管外表為彩色鋼板，克服了以前玻纖風管強度弱，外壁易破損的致命弱點，發(fā)揚了鍍鋅鐵皮的優(yōu)勢。彩鋼板風管是用彩鋼復合夾芯板為板材制作加工而成的風管。其中彩鋼復合夾芯板是以保溫材料為芯材，其中一面是復合抑菌涂層的鋁箔或者彩鋼，另一面是復合各種色彩的彩鋼板而制成的復合夾芯板。保溫材料通常有聚氨酯、酚醛樹脂、聚苯、無機物、擠塑板或玻璃纖維等材質。
