光鋁卷經(jīng)過清洗、鉻化、輥涂、烘烤等加工后，鋁卷表面附有各種顏色的油漆涂層，也就是彩涂鋁卷。彩鋁因其質(zhì)地輕、顏色鮮艷、容易加工成型、不生銹等優(yōu)點，被廣泛應用于鋁塑板、蜂窩板、保溫板、鋁幕墻、百葉窗、卷簾窗、鋁鎂錳屋面系統(tǒng)、鋁天花板、家用電器、落水管、鋁罐等諸多領(lǐng)域。

涂層鋁卷，因加工過程與使用目的不同，可以簡單的分為：

因為表面涂布的油漆，分為聚酯（PE）涂層鋁卷與氟碳（PVDF）涂層鋁卷；環(huán)氧輥涂鋁卷。當然，也存在一面涂氟碳，另一面涂聚酯的情形；甚至有雙面都涂氟碳的情形；因為涂層的厚度，可以分為單涂（4-20 微米）；雙涂（25-28 微米）；3涂（35-38 微米）；因為表面的花紋，也被成為木紋鋁卷與石紋鋁卷；鋁卷經(jīng)過壓花加工，也成為壓花鋁卷，有錘紋（stucco）、菱形紋（diamond）與地圖紋。麗島壓花鋁卷寬度可達1300mm，厚度可達1.2mm；

因為用途不同，也通常被我們成為屋頂料（鋁鎂錳屋面系統(tǒng)）、天花料（做鋁合金天花）、家電板（用在家用電器的內(nèi)飾外飾，符合歐盟Rohs標準）、食品料（食品級鉻化與輥涂，符合美國FDA標準）、拉絲板（表面經(jīng)過拉絲處理）等。
